We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Remedial Facilitator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to teach remedial English, Hindi, and Numeracy to students under our current project. Additionally, the Remedial Facilitator will teach curriculum-based subjects and support various project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach Remedial English, Hindi, and Numeracy to students covered under our projects.
  2. Teach curriculum-based English grammar, Numeracy, and any other subject required by the partner school.
  3. Support the project in other activities including mobilization, teaching, and events.
  4. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Team Lead.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in remedial teaching or working with underprivileged students.
  • Knowledge of local languages and dialects.
  • Creative teaching methods and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Experience in teaching English, Hindi, and Numeracy.
  • Ability to work on computer and internet usage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support project activities.

 Remuneration will range between Rs.14,000/- to Rs.17,000/- per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF & ESI will be available if applicable and travel for work will be reimbursed as per rules.
