You can help reduce one of India’s biggest problems – unemployment of young people from socio-economically challenged communities – youth who are keen to learn, work, earn and feed their families but keep facing rejections and disappointment as they lack job-relevant skills.

Your contribution of Rs.5000 per month for 2 months will help one 12 th pass young girl or boy from a resource poor family get trained for work in the booming organized service sector at a job paying atleast Rs.12,000 per month, which is very frequently more than the combined earnings of the parents.

ETASHA’s 2 month-long training program of approximately 200 hours uses experiential methodologies to ensure skill development and ability to perform, succeed and grow in a modern work environment.

You can contribute in multiples of Rs.5000 for 2 consecutive months.
