Meenakshi gets her inspiration from the stars in the trainees’ eyes on getting their first jobs, and from listening to women entrepreneurs talk about the respect they have started getting within their families

A veteran Army Officer with experience of working with a Public Charitable Trust supporting NGOs in multiple domains, as well as in a Skill Development University, Col. Gangwar brings with him innovative ideas and youthful energy as well as mature decision-making abilities.

Parul is always on the lookout for new ideas and entrepreneurship opportunities for the communities with whom she works closely. She is driven and passionate towards implementing programs to enable girls and women especially of Haryana to become skilled, financially independent and lead life with their head held high

Once a teacher always a teacher!!! After many years of working with young adults and older women, Anindita, an empathetic listener, is back to working with school-going adolescents, as the Chief project Officer looking after ETASHA’s newest vertical titled ‘Adolescent Wellbeing and Success'

Mini is the walking-talking memory bank and resource library of ETASHA!!

After gaining experience working in all aspects of the Vocational Training & Placement vertical, Mini currently handles the MIS function and oversees the Administration department. Identifying new Collaboration opportunities, managing the Volunteering function and all Charity platforms add immense diversity to her portfolio.
