ETASHA Society’s Project AtmaNirbhar is expanding to Greater NOIDA and Gurugram. For each of the new locations we are looking for a passionate and experienced BFSI Trainer to train and guide youth in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors.
The core role, as part of the Vocational Training & Placement team, is to prepare young girls and boys from the less privileged segments of society for employment in the organized sector. The responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality training sessions on BFSI modules including Banking basics, Insurance products, Mutual Funds, Financial Literacy, Customer Service, and Regulatory Guidelines (e.g., KYC, AML).
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate trainees’ learning outcomes.
- Create an engaging learning environment using interactive training methods.
- Maintain training records, attendance and reports.
- Support trainees in understanding career paths and job readiness for the BFSI sector.
- Coordinate with placement teams for smooth transition to employment.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum experience of 2–3 years of working in or training for BFSI operations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Certification in BFSI training or NISM/NISM modules.
We pay between Rs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
