Project Overview
Project Kamyaabi focuses on empowering women from vulnerable communities in Nuh district by providing entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy training, enabling them to establish and run sustainable micro-enterprises. The project will support 150 women-led businesses while building strong peer-learning networks and market linkages to ensure long-term sustainability and economic independence for women entrepreneurs.

Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of Project Kamyaabi. The role involves ensuring effective delivery of entrepreneur selection, entrepreneurship training, enterprise development support, mentoring systems, and market linkage initiatives while managing the project team and engaging with community stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Implementation and Management
  • Provide overall leadership in inception, planning, implementation, and monitoring, of Project Kamyaabi in 21 villages of Nuh district.
  • Ensure delivery of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy training.
  • Oversee enterprise setup and stabilization support for women entrepreneurs.
  • Ensure formation and strengthening of peer support groups and mentoring networks.
  1. Team Leadership and Coordination
  • Supervise Project Coordinator, Field Officers, and Marketing Officers.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to field teams.
  • Conduct regular team review meetings and field visits.
  1. Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
  • Ensure proper monitoring of project indicators including enterprise set up
    1. Oversee Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework, data collection, midline & end line assessments, and preparation of quarterly donor reports for review.
  • Manage co-investment model, assist in launching events, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain program documentation and reporting systems.
  • Prepare progress reports for management and donors.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and partnership Management
  • Build partnerships with Panchayats, government departments, financial institutions, and NGOs.
  • Coordinate closely with partner Organisation for the social empowerment component (gender sessions, peer learning platforms, safety & rights awareness).
  • Represent the project in district and block-level forums.
  1. Financial and Operational Management
  • Oversee project budget utilization and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
  • Support planning and forecasting of program resources.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in livelihood or women entrepreneurship programs.
  • Experience of heading projects involving community mobilization, training, micro-enterprise setup, and stakeholder liaison will be preferred

Working Conditions
This field position will include challenging living conditions, limited access to amenities. You must be prepared to live in basic accommodation near the operational areas.

We pay between Rs.50,000/- to Rs.60,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. Travel reimbursement as well as PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
