Project Overview
Project Kamyaabi focuses on empowering women from vulnerable communities in Nuh district by providing entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy training, enabling them to establish and run sustainable micro-enterprises. The project will support 150 women-led businesses while building strong peer-learning networks and market linkages to ensure long-term sustainability and economic independence for women entrepreneurs.

Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator will support implementation of Project Kamyaabi by coordinating field activities, managing training programs, supervising field staff, and supporting enterprise development for women entrepreneurs along with the compilation of data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Coordination
  • Assist in baseline survey, needs assessment, community mobilization, beneficiary selection, and quarterly reflection workshops.
  • Coordinate implementation of entrepreneurship and financial literacy training programs.
  • Support identification and selection of project beneficiaries.
  • Support formation and strengthening of peer learning platforms and support circles.
  • Identify high-performing entrepreneurs (Sahayikas) after 4 months and organize specialized leadership & mentorship training for them.
  1. Enterprise Development Support
  • Facilitate Support women entrepreneurs in business idea generation, business plan development, risk assessment, pricing, operations, and record-keeping for each selected entrepreneur
  • Support enterprise setup, launch events in clusters, and handholding
  1. Field Supervision
  • Supervise Field Officers and ensure effective community mobilization.
  • Monitor enterprise performance and provide technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Officers for market linkage development, product pricing, and bulk marketing through the women’s collective.
  • Work with Field Officers to ensure weekly monitoring visits, family engagement, and retention of women entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct regular field monitoring of business performance (Business health assessment, revenue, expenses, stock, credit- complete bookkeeping) and provide troubleshooting support.
  1. Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain training records and beneficiary data.
    1. Maintain training records, attendance, pre/post-tests, and feed data into the project M&E system.
  • Contribute to project monitoring and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in livelihood or entrepreneurship programs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong facilitation and training skills
  • Ability to manage field teams
  • Good analytical and documentation skills

Working Conditions
This field position will include challenging living conditions, limited access to amenities. You must be prepared to live in basic accommodation near the operational areas.

We pay between Rs.35,000/- to Rs.45,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. Travel reimbursement as well as PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
