Project Overview
Project AtmaNirbhar aims to empower youth from underprivileged communities by providing employability skills training and placement support. The project seeks to enhance their employment opportunities, enabling them to become financially independent, earn a sustainable livelihood, and improve their overall quality of life.

Job Summary
The Youth Employment Facilitator is responsible for delivering employability skills training, mentoring trainees, preparing them for employment, and supporting their successful placement in suitable jobs. The role involves engaging with communities, coordinating with recruiters, tracking trainee progress, and creating engaging learning experiences to enhance youth employability and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitating learning of key Employability Skills using the ETASHA Methodology and Lesson Plans and ensuring successful placement of trainees after training. Training modules include Communications and spoken English, world of work, Computers and Internet usage, Customer Service & Selling Skills and Interpersonal Skills (training in methodology will be given).
2. Understanding the targeted communities and trainees’ backgrounds through regular interaction with community members and trainees’ family members.
3. Preparing trainees for interviews and identifying suitable job opportunities for the trainees.
4. Interacting with recruiters to get feedback and understand their requirements, as well as to keep abreast of the changes in the job market.
5. Mentoring trainees through their learning process for entry, growth and success in the organized sector.
6. Reflecting on your learning and reporting on the progress of classes and of the trainees.
7. Creating interesting and relevant lesson plans according to the prescribed framework.

• Excellent English language communication skills – written and spoken
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement,
• Understanding of the work environment and skills required for entry level jobs in organized industry
• Keen interest in the economy and the changing job environment

Remuneration range is Rs.22,000 – Rs. 30,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
