Be an Angel Promoter of Women’s Self Respect Women who set out to create an enterprise to feed their children and break the cycle of poverty surrounding the family, start with battling a lifetime of their own conditioning of being weak and helpless, and of challenging the restraints imposed by the family and the community. The strength to fight these battles also comes from the knowledge of availability of expert help and funds that they can access to start their enterprise and convert their dream into reality. ETASHA’s Women Entrepreneurship projects handhold women in their journey from being a home-bound wife and mother to being a successful entrepreneur. We also provide small graduated interest-free funds from the Women’s Enterprise Incubation Fund till they reach a level where they can be connected with Government schemes and bank loans. Currently, over 688 Women-Owned-and-Managed Enterprises supported by ETASHA are operating successfully. Your contribution of Rs.1000 or its multiples, will help more women become emotionally, socially and financially empowered.

Like any organization that is working towards impact and sustainability, ETASHA needs help in achieving financial stability to withstand pressures, particularly of disruptions/ delays in project fund approvals and disbursements. With your support a young person from a low-income background, will be able to access ETASHA’s systematic, scientifically developed and professionally delivered Career Highway process from anywhere in India.
Vocational Training and Placement Program
You can help reduce one of India’s biggest problems – unemployment of young people from socio-economically challenged communities – youth who are keen to learn, work, earn and feed their families but keep facing rejections and disappointment as they lack job-relevant skills.

Help ETASHA maintain quality and sustainability. A four times awardee of the Platinum level Governance and Transparency award, ETASHA’s belief in going the extra mile to develop and sustain processes that allow us to maintain % accuracy of data, transparency in funds usage and certainty of legal compliance. In the increasingly complex and stringent statutory environment this requires resources beyond project funds. Also, new program and content development necessary for remaining current and progress towards sustainability require resources. Small contributions will also help to fill the pot.
